A brief real estate bio about Bill

Bill Guy

After working for seven years with an area real estate company, Bill Guy joined Howard Perry and Walston in 1993 as manager of the Six Forks office.  Since that time, Bill has also managed the Crabtree office and the Strickland office; served as the Business Development Manager for the Strickland, Falls and Cary offices; and is currently Vice President - Managing Broker for the Garner, Fuquay-Varina and Clayton offices.

Since '93, Bill has consistently led profitable sales offices.  He has been recognized with numerous company honors:

  • Manager of the Year (2006, 2007, 2008, 2011, 2014, 2015 and 2016),
  • Office of the Year (2006, 2015 and 2016),
  • Recruiting Manager of the Year (2003, 2007, 2013 and 2014), and
  • in 2009, Bill was inducted into the HPW Managers’ Hall of Fame.

Along the way, Bill has been instrumental in the development and success of many Howard Perry and Walston associates and continues to lead, mentor and support his team of both new and experienced brokers.  Perhaps the greatest testament to Bill’s strength as a manager comes directly from some of the associates that he has worked with through the years.
